The Festival program will be available for purchase by each school.  It will be a PDF file that will be posted on this website as well as placed in our Festival app.

The program includes:

• A complete schedule of workshops
• A listing of plays being performed
• All-State information

• Special events occurring during the course of the weekend

ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
The below ads and pricing includes the ad placed in the online program, a banner ad of your organization's logo and website link on both the Festival app and social media wall.  Projected visibility for the App and Social Media is 4,000 people. The deadline to purchase an ad is October 18, 2024.  Everything needs to be emailed to exhibits@ihstf.org by November 1, 2024.  The preferred format type is vector (.eps or .ai).  A high resolution .jpeg, .png, or PDF format (300 dpi or higher) is also acceptable.

Digital Program Ad Options

• Full Page - $500
• Includes an ad in the digital program and on the Festival App with Social Media promo before and during the festival.
• A PDF of the Festival program will be posted on the Festival website.
• Images must be: 
• 640px x 450px (.JPG or .PNG) for Interact Sponsor Card Scrolling Ad (Festival App)
• 600px x 110px (.JPG or .PNG) for Scrolling Banner Ad (Festival App)
• 8.5" x 11" Ad for digital program

• Half Page - $300 

• Includes an ad in the digital program and on the Festival App with Social Media promo before and during the festival.
• A PDF of the Festival program will be posted on the Festival website.
• Images must be: 
• 600px wide x 110px tall (.JPG or .PNG) for Scrolling Banner Ad (Festival App)
• 8.5" x 5.5" Ad for digital program

• Half Page (Digital Program Only) - $125 
• PDF of the Festival program will be posted on the Festival website.

HOW TO PURCHASE:

To purchase an Ad, please complete this form.  Payment can be made by credit card, or a check payable to University of Illinois can be sent to the address below.  If you are also planning to exhibit at Festival, you may do so through the same form mentioned to purchase an ad.

CONTRIBUTIONS

IN-KIND DONATIONS

If you would like to make an in-kind donation of goods, services, and/or funds to the Festival, we would like to thank you by offering free ad space in the Festival program. All in-kind donors are entitled to an ad space equal to 10% of the amount of the donation. 

FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS

The Illinois Theatre Association is appreciative of any contributions you can make toward two very important Illinois High School Theatre Festival funds:

• General Festival Fund - contributions help offset the expenses of the Festival.

• Clif Aldridge Memorial Scholarship Fund - contributions go directly toward All-State students expressing a need for financial assistance to participate in the production.

In addition, you may also make a contribution to the Illinois Theatre Association to help support general operating expenses.
